Management – SMI | DRS assists clients with strategic planning related to preventative maintenance, budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relations. SMI | DRS strives to manage and develop schedules for preventative maintenance to ensure that client facilities are inspected regularly in order to identify current and potential maintenance needs. 

Maintenance – SMI | DRS performs interior maintenance for high-end brands in large specialty retail environments around the United States as well as restaurants, grocery stores, corporate headquarters, educational institutions, banks, urgent care centers, funeral homes, pet hospitals and convenience stores. The interior maintenance services include floor cleaning and maintenance, window and awning cleaning, janitorial services, high dusting and power washing.

Recovery – SMI | DRS’ team of trained and certified professionals handle an array of issues, such as flood emergencies; mold and mildew testing, treatment and remediation; and smoke and fire restoration. On-call specialists are able to respond and react quickly to clients experiencing disaster anywhere, anytime.
