SpringBOK Training is a little company with big ideas.  We began in 2004 as a small company providing project management training and services to technology companies in Silicon Valley and northern California. During the course of our consulting work we noticed a common frustration expressed by project managers attempting to prepare for the PMP® exam.  

Project managers understand the difficulty in passing the PMP exam. It takes great willpower to read through the PMBOK Guide in its entirety, much less to memorize it.  

For those courageous enough to conquer the PMBOK, they are then faced with the obstacle of ~30% of exam questions where the answers are not to be found inside the PMBOK Guide. Plus, the PMP exam questions are written in such a way that PM experience, not memorization, is the key to answering the questions correctly. Vendor training is available to better prepare for the exam, but formal training is costly as the fees run up to $4,400 for a one week class.  
 
Working with contemporary adult education providers and existing PMPs, we developed a unique exam preparation program that is extremely effective and affordable.
