Sub Zero Ice Cream is the leading patented, custom-made liquid nitrogen ice cream company in the world since 2005. Sub Zero has grown to more than 47 operating stores throughout the United States, China, and Middle East, with hundreds more contracted over the next 10 years.  Customization is Sub Zero’s main goal as we focus on what people want and not what we think they want.

We are proud of innovating and paving new ground.  It's take a little longer to grow because unlike buying a machine and putting different pain on the wall, we have had to develop the system from scratch.  

One of the things people don't realize is that everything from start to finish had to be developed.  From the Freezing system using LN2 to the flavors and how it compares to the competitors.  

We make single serving ice cream, made per person.  Yes made per person.  This means that the flavors had to be developed specifically for this process.  Before this flavors were made for 10 gallon batches not 4 oz of premix.
