How Our Services Are FREE

We share a leasing commission the landlord pays their broker. The leasing commission protocol is just like in the residential real estate market--your new landlord has the same responsibility for paying commissions as does a home seller. Consequently, you receive our services for free. Some tenants think they save money if they represent themselves, but they don't realize the landlord's agent then keeps the full commission that would otherwise be split. Also, since we know the market concessions, we can negotiate more favorable lease/purchase terms for you.
