Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the primary type of therapy we offer.  It is the gold standard treatment for suicide, non-suicidal self-injury, and symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder.  DBT also effectively treats opioid use disorders, eating disorders, and emotion dysregulation (ie. when unwanted emotions take control of a person's behavior). The Ebright Collaborative, LLC also offers prolonged exposure therapy for individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
