The Legacy Senior Communities is a Jewish-sponsored, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the parent company of The Legacy Willow Bend, the only Life Care community in Plano, The Legacy at Home offering at-home services, The Legacy Midtown Park, a luxury rental continuing care retirement community, and The Legacy Senior Communities Foundation. We are here to serve seniors and their families through a continuum of care that includes high-quality healthcare, wellness and choice.
