The Whittaker Group LLC (TWG) is a private equity and advisory organization specializing in business development and financial management of startup companies. TWG seeks to identify those companies with (1) an experienced, highly motivated management team, (2) a unique and compelling product or concept within an attractive industry, (3) a disruptive business model with the potential to literally change the paradigms for doing business within their industry and (4) the potential to become a $1 billion company within 5 to 7 years. TWG provides seed funding and management services in consideration for an equity stake in these companies.
