The demands for today’s agents are far different than they were 5 - 10 years ago.  Managing transactions, let along generating new business is very challenging, especially for agents working on their own or without a plan.  
 
What I know is that a team will always outperform an individual.  My goal is to make everyone on our team to work to have great lives outside of real estate.  If you are tired of being your own assistant, managing your own transactions, or waiting for the phone to ring, we may be the right place for you.  When I started our team, I felt exactly the same way.  Fast forward 4 years later, our agents outproduce the average Realtor’s sales by 12X and can focus on selling.
