Total Revenue Uplift was founded by Neal Fegan, a hotel revenue management veteran, through his desire to bring revenue management techniques beyond the hospitality industry and apply total hotel revenue generation to revenue streams outside of the traditional hotel room revenue management. For years the hotel industry has talked about expanding revenue management to non-rooms related revenue streams, but they have made little progress in making this happen. Total Revenue Uplift provides organizations with practical ways to start this journey, or for those that have started, bringing them to the next step in their journey.
