Tzeng Long U.S.A. Inc. is the overseas affiliate of Cheng Loong Corp. which is the largest industrial paper, corrugated carton manufacturer and one of the largest manufacturers of paper sheet products in Taiwan.
Tzeng Long U.S.A. Inc. incorporated in October 1982 in Los Angeles, California. The company started as a trading company. Its initial operation was to supply sufficient raw materials of paper manufacturing for its parent company, Cheng Loong Corp. 
n 1984, the company possessed a waste paper packing plant and began the bailing and recycling process of waste paper in South Gate, Los Angeles. In the summer of 1986, Tzeng Long U.S.A. Inc. opened a branch office in New Jersey. This office supported the company in securing quantity and quality of waste paper in the east coast. In the year of 1989, another waste paper packing plant was established in the city of Commerce, Los Angeles. This location later became the headquarters of Tzeng Long U.S.A. Inc. to centralize the business operations in Northern American.
