Vineyard Services is a full service construction company focusing on REO rehabilitation, 203(k) remodels, and renovation contracting for a variety of customers.  We provide clients with reliable, trustworthy contracting services, and low cost solutions for their repair and remodeling needs.  Currently we service the entire state of Arizona, Nevada, and select markets in California, and will be expanding our services to Colorado and Oregon in early 2012.

As a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor we have the ability to do repairs and remodels of all sizes.  We are a Fannie Mae approved SAM vendor and perform a variety of renovations and repair services for Fannie Mae properties in addition to servicing other banks and asset managers, investors, and homeowners.  Vineyard is committed to offering exceptional customer service to our clients and providing the best communication throughout the renovation process.  In addition to our fast response times, Vineyard offers weekend and emergency repair services, itemized bids, and uses green and environmentally safe materials.
