Vintage Realty Company is a privately owned, full-service real estate firm headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. Founded in 1988 by Alvin Childs, Jr. and David Alexander, the company serves clients across the South and holds licenses in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Arkansas, offering brokerage, leasing, property asset management, development, and construction across a broad mix of property types.
