Furthermore, WAE is also a NYC DOB registered class 2 Special Inspection Agency with a focus in Mechanical, Sprinkler, Structural Steel and Energy Code Compliance inspections amongst others. Our services are also utilized to help close-out open permits and obtain Equipment Use Permits for existing equipment. We also specialize in providing inspections for commercial and residential renovation projects.
