Windwave Communications was founded in Morrow County, Oregon in 2004 for the express purpose of bringing cutting-edge technology and fiber optic infrastructure to rural Eastern Oregon. 

Headquartered in Boardman, Oregon, Windwave is a community-driven, locally-owned fiber-optic communications company. Serving several regional markets in Eastern Oregon, and built on a backbone of secure, in-ground facilities, Windwave's network leverages over 1,000 route miles of company-owned or controlled optical fiber. Our investment in next-generation technologies positions us to be the premier provider of Wavelength solutions throughout Eastern Oregon.
