Adventure Stage Chicago is the participatory arts program of Northwestern Settlement, based in Chicago, Illinois. Its productions invite audience engagement through multiple formats, including Spanish supertitles, Curtain Conversations, an interactive lobby installation, and Learning Guides for teachers and families. In addition to performances, ASC runs in-school residencies and youth programs such as Neighborhood Bridges, Trailblazers, summer drama camps, and drama instruction at Rowe Elementary School.

As part of the Chicago performing arts landscape, ASC maintains affiliations with IPAY, the League of Chicago Theatres, Theatre Communications Group, and TYA/USA. Northwestern Settlement, the parent organization, supports ASC’s mission to empower children and families with dignified, transformational programming that intersects arts and education. In April 2021, Galileoscholasticacademy partnered with Adventure Stage Chicago, reflecting ongoing collaboration with educational partners.
