BIGGER IS NOT BETTER, BETTER IS BETTER:  
Growth is important, but it's not everything.  The demands of the shareholder can drive companies to cut corners, rush to decisions, and over-extend themselves, all in the name of growth.  We believe in the fundamental position that just being a bigger company doesn't make us any better.  As we grow, but haven't done it the right strategic way, we're merely a larger house of cards.  It's only when we take firm, planned steps forward that we believe we are reaching our true potential. 

INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING:
This principle stands at the top of our list.  With both our internal staff and external clients, we are maniacal about honesty and integrity.  If we can't take each other at our word, then any business commitment we make to one another is void of trust; contractual or not.
 
It is certainly acceptable to not see everything the exact same way as someone else, but you can rest assured that when we shake hands we've said what we mean and we mean what we've said.

We believe in being clear about our intentions and recommendations. When we put the shoe on the other foot, as the buyer, we understand that no one likes to be sold a bunch of sizzle.  The business world is full of pitfalls and potential gaffs; you don't need trusted partners adding to those perils.
 
Our technology solutions will be clear and understood.  We feel when that level of comfort and understanding exists in a business relationship, both parties strive to do more, together.
