Acquisition Context BEC Engineers and Consultants recently became part of Dunaway in 2023, with active operations and social content migrated to Dunaway by July 2023. This presents cross-sell opportunities for Dunaway's broader service lines and potential integrated project delivery.

Sustainability & Landscape Recent Dunaway awards emphasize landscape architecture and park design, signaling a strong sustainability and public spaces focus. Target opportunities with clients needing civil, landscape, and environmental coordination for urban redevelopment, parks, and campus projects.

Growth & Leadership New leadership appointments at Dunaway, including a Chief Administrative Officer and principals, suggest organizational expansion and enhanced project execution capabilities. This may open doors for larger, multi-discipline bids and joint ventures.

Key Partnerships Active partnerships with Cook Children's, JPS, Pfluger Architects, and Parkhill indicate a strategy of integrated civil, structural, planning, and surveying services for large community resources and campuses. Prospects exist in healthcare, education, and municipal projects requiring coordinated engineering teams.

Tech & Delivery A tech stack featuring Canva, Power Platform, SharePoint, WordPress, SAP, Bluebeam, ADP, and Teams points to a modern, collaborative workflow. Leverage this for efficiency in RFP responses, BIM/CAD coordination, ERP integration, and scalable project management to win larger, complex projects.
