Broadstripe will continue to serve the Maryland system, acquired by Anne Arundel Broadband, LLC dba Broadstripe.

Broadstripe's Maryland system operating in Anne Arundel County, Maryland will be operated by industry veterans to include John Bjorn, Broadstripe's current Executive Vice President of Regional Operations.

Millersville, MD – January 30, 2012 Broadstripe, recently announced the sale of its Maryland region to Anne Arundel Broadband – a local company run by industry veterans. Headquartered in Millersville, MD Anne Arundel Broadband will continue to do business as Broadstripe.
 
Wave Broadband and WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone announced their purchase of Broadstripe systems in Michigan, Washington and Oregon has been completed. Broadstripe operations will continue without disruption as the acquired systems are transitioned to their new providers over the course of the coming months.
 
Current Broadstripe customers don't need to be concerned about any immediate changes to their services, billing statements, or contact phone numbers. Anne Arundel Broadband, WOW! and Wave are committed to providing Broadstripe customers with the smoothest transition possible, with detailed communication well in advance of any changes.
