Coolhaus is a California-based food and beverage company headquartered at 8588 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, California 90232. Founded in 2009 at the Coachella Valley Music Festival by Natasha Case and Freya Estreller, it is led by women and LGBTQIA+ founders. The company specializes in ice cream products, offering sammies, cones, cups, and pints in both dairy and dairy-free varieties (the dairy-free options are made from peas and brown rice). Coolhaus has grown from a beat-up postal van into a national fleet of ice cream trucks and operates a flagship scoop shop and innovation center in Los Angeles. Its products are distributed in more than 6,000 retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods, Ahold, Kroger, Sprouts, and Publix, and are available through its shop, delivery apps, and ice cream trucks. In June 2021, Coolhaus was acquired by The Urgent Company.
