Welcome to CTI We are a nationwide provider of Microsoft productivity tools, AltiGen, ShoreTel and Teo Unified Communications solutions and other network solutions for businesses of all sizes. We have designed hosted VoIP communications systems for businesses as small as five employees, and have implemented software-based call centers for clients with more than 500 employees in multiple locations. Since CTI's inception, we have successfully deployed over 500 systems throughout the U.S., Canada and other locations worldwide. CTI’s strength is in providing superior customer service, technical excellence and a sharp focus on getting the most out of our customers’ technology investment. A significant portion of CTI's business is in providing peace of mind for our customers through CTIASSURANCE, an ongoing program of maintenance, system upgrades and a variety of technical support options. We are also the National Training Center for AltiGen systems, and offer the most comprehensive PBX administrator and end-user training curriculum in the industry. Our headquarters in Fort Collins, Colorado, features a complete product demonstration facility, training center and product testing lab. We also maintain sales and customer support sites in Denver and Dallas, Texas.
