Diversified Benefit Services was originally formed as Professional Resources Organization Insurance Marketing Inc. in 1979. Since 1984 they have done business as Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. DBS specializes in total compensation and benefit planning for employees and executives, business continuity and financial and estate planning. In 1993 Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. and the retail division of Byron H. Johnson III Insurance Services, Inc. merged to better serve their clients in the particular areas of expertise maintained by the principals.
