Equal Justice USA (EJUSA) is a national organization focused on reforming the justice system to emphasize healing and restoration. It envisions a system that prevents violence, addresses trauma, helps people harmed by crime rebuild their lives, and promotes accountability without mass incarceration, while ensuring fair treatment for all. Based in Brooklyn, New York, the organization collaborates with state and local partners to train and support grassroots leaders in advancing campaigns with lasting impact. In 2023–2024, EJUSA launched restorative justice diversion programs and the Trauma to Trust initiative, and in 2025 it formed a partnership with Beyond Harm. The organization ended operations in August 2025.
