Evolution Research Group is a privately held, independent clinical research site network focused on neuroscience drug development across early and late-stage studies. It operates a network of 21 wholly owned sites and five affiliated sites, supporting in-patient and out-patient Phase I–IV trials. The organization maintains more than 340 inpatient beds and a large database that includes patients with mental health and neurological conditions, sleep disorders, addictions, pain, diabetes, and other illnesses, as well as healthy volunteers, providing access to a broad participant pool and extensive trial experience. Based in Edison, New Jersey, ERG serves pharmaceutical and CRO clients by offering consulting and access to experts across schizophrenia, pain, Alzheimer's disease, sleep disorders, depression, hepatic and renal impairment, podiatry, and clinical pharmacology. Its services encompass rater training, centralized data services, medical writing, study feasibility, and site recommendations, in addition to guidance on study design, protocol review, and budgeting. The combination of owned sites and centralized infrastructure supports Phase I–IV trials across the United States and internationally.
