HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is an internationally recognized, employee-owned small business that provides advanced information technology and professional engineering services over a broad range of management and technical areas. The company was formed in 1989 with contracts supporting the United States Government, private industry, and international customers. In July 1999, our company transitioned from a privately owned, disadvantaged (8a) small business to an employee-owned small business. We currently have five principal business locations in the United States.

Since the company was founded, HTii has developed a record of excellent customer service. We have evolved the company’s core business competency from management training to advanced information technology and professional engineering services for military and commercial organizations. We are experts in the customization and application of object-oriented data systems to acquisition life cycle processes, including requirements development, system specification development and operational testing. When combined with specifically configured and integrated user interfaces, our software provides customers with very unique and powerful systems engineering and requirements traceability tools.

We tailor commercial hardware and software to specific applications, typically implementing projects in a phased, evolutionary approach that allows our customers to concurrently evolve functional processes as we help them apply new information technology to program life cycle management. Our software tool sets are designed to automate and improve existing processes and have produced measurably more efficient operations.

In addition to better efficiency and process quality, our customer-tailored systems provide an accurate means of developing, analyzing, linking, tracing, managing, and maintaining technical reference information at the data element level of detail.
