Insurance Resourcing was created to address the changing hiring needs of the insurance industry. We specialize in permanent placement on a contingent or exclusive contingency search in the greater Pacific Northwest., (WA, OR, ID, and AK)

Recruiting/Consulting Specialties include Account Managers, (P & C and Benefits), Organic P & C Producers, Underwriters, Claims, Entry Level candidates, and other in-house miscellaneous insurance-related roles.

For employers, the goal is to help you connect with the best talent available in the market.  Once I understand your unique hiring needs, we will work together to craft a recruiting strategy to hone in on the level of talent desired.  

For candidates, I act as your hiring coach to help you refine your resume and interview responses, providing valuable and timely feedback along the way.
