In 2006 we founded Karian and Box with four employees, a small client roster and a big ambition: to focus on giving people a better voice at work. 

We’ve never lost that focus. We never will. We believe that’s why the clients who started our journey with us are still with us now, and why so many new businesses choose to partner with us today.
