Our collection team and support staff are courteous and professional, well versed in all current debt resolution laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, (FDCPA) Uniform Commercial Code, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, (HIPPA) Fair Credit Reporting Act, (FCRA) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Our mission is to provide the highest level of integrity with every collection account regardless of the dollar amount. We realize the sensitivity of debt collection (holding Cyber Insurance) and always ethically striving to provide the utmost regard and integrity by practicing respectful communication, compliance regulations, and diplomacy in order to guarantee patient/guarantor goodwill and the client’s reputation.
