Being the only HVAC company with a full staff of PE’s, some clients prefer to use our engineering talents to value engineer their projects. We have a full staff of project managers and superintendents. The average experience level of our managers and superintendents is 18 years with our company; successfully completing over 400 projects each year. Our 24/7 service division is considered by many to be the best in the city. We have 62 fully trained technicians, 60 of which serve Manhattan alone. No one has a better response time than we do. Critical area response times are never more than 1 hour, comfort calls are never more than 3 hours. Kaback is at the forefront of industry technology. Each of Kaback's technicians are armed with mobile devices that enable them to view the most recent architectural drawings, review equipment history, take pictures and email work tickets right to the client, all while at the client work site. We have ongoing educational programs for our technicians for maintenance, service and installation for HVAC, refrigeration, and fire suppression systems.
