KEO and Associates, Inc. (KEO) was founded in 1994 to provide general contracting, construction management and Design Build services for owners of commercial, municipal and institutional facilities.  KEO prides itself on not only forming new relationships, but on being able to maintain previous relationships as well.  We have completed projects well over $200 million and currently have a bonding capacity in excess of $20 million.  Our staff consists of skilled designers, planners, project managers, project Engineers, estimators and site superintendents.
