MPE’s Founder and CEO, Leonard Armato, previously served as the CEO of the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, overseeing the growth of it into a global name in the sport. In 2013, MPE, in association with NBC, launched the ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball, the biggest sports/music/beach lifestyle event of its kind in the world reaching over 23 million viewers annually.

Over the past few years, MPE has focused on helping brands utilize music as an engine to build value in brand platforms and has partnered with songwriting/producing superstars "Rock Mafia" to become the industry leader in this area. MPE has orchestrated some of the biggest brand campaigns in the world where music has been integrated in a groundbreaking way. This includes developing musical signature or “sonic identities” for some of the largest brands in the world and then wrapping those signatures into original music themes and compositions reinforcing brand messaging.
