The company began in 1973 as Meadow Valley Electric, an electrical contracting firm, and has grown to include ESCO (1984) commercial and home security and fire protection systems; KWReduction (1999) energy saving lighting solutions; and MVE Solar (2009) solar PV systems. In 2011, the companies united under a single corporation, MVE Group, and our employees became employee-owners through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
