Small scale Naegele Combining is a very small machinery manufacturer with 2-10 employees and revenue under 1 million, suggesting an opportunity for lightweight, modular, cost efficient equipment or entry-level automation solutions that scale with their growth.

Local focus Based in Lucas, Kansas, the company may benefit from regionally tailored offerings, local service contracts and spare parts stocking to minimize downtime and support a lean maintenance program.

Tech adoption The mention of Emma as their tech stack signals digital tooling or software usage; this could indicate openness to integrated software for production planning, data capture, or machine monitoring to improve throughput.

Growth potential With low current revenue but within a broader industrial packaging and paper goods ecosystem suggested by peers, there may be cross-sell opportunities into related packaging machinery upgrades or automation retrofits.

Competitive landscape Although small, Naegele may compete with larger packaging and machinery suppliers; positioning a value proposition around total cost of ownership, after-sales support, and flexible financing could differentiate offerings.
