By offering opportunities for Career Launchers to execute short-term, professional projects, companies can engage, assess, and recruit prospective candidates for full-time roles or summer internships, including those students who might not otherwise apply or get filtered out by traditional processes. This approach works because busy professionals appreciate the immediate support from highly motivated college students on projects that would otherwise take them 5-40 hours to complete, and don’t require deep expertise in the space or access to sensitive information (eg content creation, lead generation, research, data cleansing, etc.).
