Founded in 1917, as Pioneer Rubber Company, Pioneer has grown from a manufacturer of dipped latex products to a worldwide organization that provides innovative product solutions to a diversified customer base. From its primary distribution facility located in El Dorado, Kansas, Pioneer ships its balloons and balloon related products to over 120 different countries. El Dorado also manufactures the Qualatex Microfoil balloons and is the domestic printing facility for latex balloons as well as a myriad of other balloon related products. Pioneer’s latex manufacturing plants are located in Dallas, Texas; Ashland, Ohio; Hamilton, Canada; and Guadalajara, Mexico. These people as well as those located at the company’s worldwide headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, form a team of dedicated people who understand that customers and customer service is paramount to Pioneer’s overall well being and success.
