At Home By Hunt, a revolutionary Continuing Care At Home program, is a living option for healthy New Hampshire residents who want to spend the rest of their lives in their own home, while planning for future care needs. The program provides a complete spectrum of services all managed by a personal care coordinator, such as assisted living and nursing care when and if needed. At Home By Hunt provides members with the tools they need to maintain an independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.
