StringKing is a sporting goods brand and apparel manufacturer based in Los Angeles. Our core product categories are men's and women's lacrosse sticks and equipment, baseball and softball bats, hockey sticks, and custom-fit apparel. Our mission is to promote confidence, community, and well-being with quality and affordable products. In 2020, we pivoted to supply millions of face masks and other PPE for general use by hospital systems, essential personnel, and the general public. We produced large quantities of 3-ply disposable face masks, isolation gowns, and reusable cloth face masks just a few weeks after beginning our transition. When the covid quarantine meant the cancellation of the entire spring lacrosse season, we went to work figuring out how to keep people employed despite the circumstances. In a matter of days, we completely shifted their entire manufacturing and supply chains to make PPE. Instead of lacrosse sticks, we began supplying 3-layer disposable masks. Instead of custom-fit clothes, our L.A. factory started making washable fabric masks. After COVID, we continued to manufacture PPE and various textiles for the US government through various public textile contracts.
