Third Party Services to Other TPAs:
Providing third party actuarial and technical support services to over 25 TPA firms nationwide. We have been partners with many of these firms for over a decade. Our fees are reasonable and all our TPA partners find partnership with Summit is profitable. 

Direct Administration Services to Plan Sponsors:
We administer all types of qualified plans, including 401(k), 403(b), defined contribution and defined benefit plans. We do not sell investment or insurance products. Our expertise is strictly in the navigation of the complex laws and IRS regulations that surround qualified plans. We pride ourselves in listening to our clients and creatively designing qualified plans that maximize their business objectives. We are widely considered experts in pension design. 

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Services:
Administration, Monitoring, Compliance to IRC 4980H, 6055 & 6056, and 1094/1095 IRS Reporting. Our experience, combined with our per-payroll 401(k) Plan service model, makes us uniquely qualified to perform ACA administration. We have been monitoring the complex (and changing) ACA regulations, and have a firm understanding of what is needed in order for Applicable Large Employers to comply with the new law. Our services include (but are not limited to):
