TelcoLynx is a carrier agnostic IT and communication consulting company with expertise in voice, data, mobility, hosting and managed applications.

TelcoLynx primary business is a master agent in the telecommunications industry.  TelcoLynx maintains contractual agreements spanning over 100 Internet, Private Network, SIP and Data Center providers, which allow TelcoLynx to consult with and promote services to customers on behalf of the providers.  In exchange for promoting the providers services, the providers compensate TelcoLynx on a one-time and residual basis.

Methodology

TelcoLynx offers a consultative approach to client projects, understanding their business needs, critical application and long term growth strategy.  TelcoLynx consultants work with the client to engineer a solution, then identify the providers that best fit the needs of the client.  TelcoLynx will negotiate pricing and contracts on behalf of the client to ensure the solution, price and terms are acceptable for the client.  TelcoLynx’s project management team will oversee the ordering and installation process ensure that timely information is communicated to the client and deadlines are met.
