Funding opportunities TEG specializes in assisting agencies with securing funding from sources like ARRA, STP, CMAQ, HPP, CDBG and other programs, presenting a proactive entry point for selling grant-related planning, design and construction management services to municipalities and agencies.

Transportation expertise Strong capabilities across Phase I planning, Phase II design, Phase III construction, and complex traffic engineering including signalization, roundabouts, TIS and AJR studies position TEG to compete for municipal and regional transportation projects and engineering service retentions.

Public sector footprint Experience with a broad network of government entities and agencies (FHWA, IDOT, Illinois Tollway, multiple counties and municipalities) creates ready-made opportunities for multi-year programs in road, bridge, drainage, water and utility projects.

Boutique scale advantage Small to mid-size firm with specialized focus can pitch cost-effective, collaborative solutions for agencies seeking personal attention, niche sustainability considerations, and flexible program management—appealing to municipalities and agencies seeking value outside larger firms.

Digital presence readiness Tech stack including Google Cloud, WordPress and Wix platforms supports scalable marketing, client portals, and project showcasing; coupled with a clean service narrative, this enables targeted outreach to procurement teams and consultant solicitations.
