The Total Assessment Solutions Corporation (TASC) was formed in 2010 when the Mack-Reynolds Appraisal Company and Arkansas Mass Appraisal Group merged. Both companies had been doing business for decades providing assessment services for county government. Our company specializes in real estate appraisal, oil and gas equipment appraisal, business personal property equipment appraisal, GIS mapping services, web hosting of GIS maps, online mapping services, and all forms of expert testimony for assessment purposes. TASC takes great pride in offering turn key professional services for county assessors.

For nearly thirty years our team has been providing assessment and appraisal services to several counties in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico. TASC provides turn key projects including collecting data in the field, entering data into the client's database - using any computer assisted mass appraisal system preferred by the client, analyzing sales, estimating appraised market value of properties and equipment, and handling informal and formal appeals of appraised values. We also have a highly trained and experienced GIS department and will tailor our services to the client's needs whether they need one, two, or ALL of the services we provide.
