Dynamic Human Solutions (DHS) specializes in providing performance enhancement, mental fitness and stress resiliency to high-performance individuals in the U.S. Military, corporations and competitive teams. We provide techniques, mentorship and exercises that develop mental capacity, focus, flexibility, strength and resiliency. DHS focuses on our customers goals and needs, and provides comprehensive programs that can grow as a part of a culture of excellence. The founders of DHS--Mark Williams, a former F-15 pilot and Jeff Davis, a former Marine Infantry Officer with several combat tours--brought together a team of multi-disciplinary individuals that range from neuroscience, human performance, emotional intelligence, counseling and martial arts. The program developed uses the empirically proven mindfulness programs and combines them with skills training, education and physical fitness. The result is brain and body enhancement that will improve performance from the battlefield to the boardroom. Currently, DHS is offering individual and group classes in the Washington, DC area -- and is preparing for military training throughout the United States.
