Contact tracking improvements in Salesforce

Contact tracking — the process of automatically tracking buyer job changes to ensure sales teams have up-to-date contact information for all of the folks they’ve done business with over the years — can have a profound impact on finding warm pipeline.

As a result, it can help sales teams spend more of their energy engaging with likely customers and less time on cold prospecting outreach.

Thanks to improvements made in our contact tracking app in SFDC, it’s now even easier for reps to keep tabs on buyers, power users, and champions who change jobs. With these updates, LeadIQ customers can now get results from uploaded contact tracking lists 24x faster, enabling them to engage folks with new jobs even quicker.

Additionally, the update adds support for work phones on CT objects, enabling teams to further enrich their contact data and tap into yet another avenue to engage prospects. What’s more, results from a changed job can now be accessed directly — enabling reps to bake even more efficiency into their prospecting workflows.

New widgets for Identify Dashboards

As management guru Peter Drucker once said, you can’t improve what you don’t measure.

LeadIQ now ships with several new widgets for Identify Dashboards designed to help customers better understand product usage and engagement. By measuring how your team interacts with LeadIQ, you can better understand habits and start to optimize workflows.

Here are the add-ons:

  • A button for reset filters now appears next to the button for Last 360 days, enabling viewers to easily revert to the default state of Last 30 days view. This is particularly beneficial for viewers who filter for insights on specific dates, groups, and users but also want a hassle-free way of reverting to the overall view.
  • A bar chart that shows the Credits consumed by the Top 20 users, making it easy to see which team members are having the most impact on pipeline generation. .
  • A bar chart that shows group activity by day of the week, which can help you determine when your team is busiest with prospecting.

Add it all up, and it’s never been easier to see how your team is using LeadIQ — and how you can make their experience even stronger.

UI improvements in the LeadIQ browser extension

At LeadIQ, we’re all about helping sales teams achieve better and better results, so we’re happy to announce that we’ve updated our Chrome browser extension to make life easier for reps.

More specifically, we’ve improved visibility for the scenarios where user actions are needed inside the extension. This helps customers avoid mistakes and user disappointment at not finding an exported record in their CRM.

Reports from our customer success and support teams revealed that many users seemed to overlook a caution icon on their CRMs within our extension. As a result, when they hit capture, the records weren’t exported because user input was required.

To eliminate this bottleneck, we’ve modified the extension to make it easier for users to see, at a glance, whether any records need manual intervention. In addition to highlighting the records that need to be updated, a caution icon also appears on the Capture button, making it impossible to miss.

Job change validation improvements

Your prospecting workflows are only as strong as the data and tools that power them.

While we at LeadIQ have always taken a different approach to our data, we’re expanding our job change validation capabilities by verifying our data with advanced AI tools.

Tracking job changes is often tricky, so we’re continuously laser-focused on improving the overall quality of job change data. Thanks to this update, users can trust job change results even more, and they won’t have to worry about as many false positives or incorrect updates to Salesforce when contacts switch jobs.

It’s just one more way we’re helping sales teams move forward with confidence.

Custom limits on premium credits

Want your sales team to unlock the full power of LeadIQ? Admins now have the ability to allocate more credits than the standard limit at a team level so that they don’t have to repeat the action every time a new user joins. It’s just one more way we’re working to help teams like yours work more efficiently.
