Zedd’s story began when a group of Canadian investors acquired a modest North Bay call centre in 2010.  Since then the company has grown 800%, including the addition of two Toronto call centres, among them the company’s Canadian headquarters, and nearshore and offshore capabilities in Belize, Mexico and India.
