This Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of LeadIQ, Inc (“LeadIQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). LeadIQ has adopted this statement to comply with the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (the “CPRA”) and other California privacy laws, and Virginia’s Consumer Data Protection Act of 2021 (“VCDPA”). This statement applies solely to California and Virginia residents (“consumers”, “you”). Any capitalized terms in the CPRA and VCDPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, LeadIQ has disclosed all the above-mentioned categories of Personal Information with our service providers for a business purpose. The service providers include those that provide us with information technology, marketing, accounting and legal services.
LeadIQ shares Personal Information collected on its website and platform with third parties for advertising purposes. For further information, see our Cookies Policy.
LeadIQ sells information from our Professional Profiles Database to our customers for the purpose of business to business sales or recruitment. The personal information we store in this database are: full name, job title, contact email and phone number, city, company name and profile.. To opt out of the sale of your personal information, please refer to the Exercising Your Request section below.

Right to Access
You have the right to access and request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we have received and verified your request, we will disclose and provide you with access to the following:
Right to Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information that we have collected and retained. Once we receive and verify such a request, we will delete your information from our records, except as provided for in the CPRA (1798.105 (d)) and VCDPA (59.1-578).
Right to Correct Inaccuracies
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale and Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the processing, sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties, including the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling.
Individuals who have subscribed to LeadIQ Community Program, and downloaded the Extension or otherwise provided LeadIQ with access to their email account to share Business Information, can terminate this service by uninstalling the Extension and/or disabling LeadIQ’s access to their email account; their Community subscription will immediately terminate and LeadIQ will cease to collect Business Information from those individuals through this method.. While LeadIQ makes a good faith effort to accommodate opt-out requests, please note that when you exercise your right to opt-out, your request covers removing personal information that is on our systems at the time of the request. At present, we do not have an effective way to guarantee that information about you will not be rediscovered in another form or from a different source. If you find that your Personal Information has been rediscovered, please submit a new opt-out request.
We will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising any rights.
How to make a request

We will not respond to your request or provide you with information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will only use personal information provided in your request and any information provided to verify your identity in connection with the request, solely to process the request, keeping audit records, verify the requestor’s identity and/or authority to make the request and for no other purpose.
You may only request a copy of your data from LeadIQ twice within a 12-month period.

If you would like to use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf under the CCPA, the following are required:

Our Response
We shall confirm the receipt of any request for deletion or disclosure within 10 days.
We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. Should we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of your request. If we cannot comply with the request, the response we provide will also explain the reasons for our inability to do so.
We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will provide you with the reasons for our determination and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Submit a Complaint
Virginia residents who are not satisfied with the resolution of their request can submit a complaint before the Virginia Attorney General following the instructions on their website. For further assistance there is a Consumer Protection Hotline available at 1-800-552-9963 if calling from Virginia, or (804) 786-2042 if calling from outside Virginia.
