LeadIQ sells information from our Directory Database (as defined in our Privacy Policy) to our customers for the purpose of business-to-business sales or recruitment. The personal information we store in this database are: full name, professional email addresses and phone numbers, city location, job title and department, company/employer name and postal address, employment history, educational background and related social media profiles. To opt out of the sale of your personal information, please refer to the Your Rights section below.

Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information. Once we have received and verified your request, we will disclose and provide you with access to the following:
Right to DeletionÂ
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we hold about you. Once we receive and verify such a request, we will delete your information from our records, except as provided for in the applicable privacy laws. Â

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the processing, sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties, including the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling.Â

While LeadIQ makes a good faith effort to accommodate deletion and opt-out requests, please note that when you exercise your right, your request covers personal information that is on our systems at the time of the request. For personal information in our Directory Database, we do not, at present, have an effective way to guarantee that information about you will not be rediscovered in another form or from a different source. If you find that your personal information has been rediscovered, please submit a new request.

Submitting a Request

Only you or a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a request related to your personal information. The request must:
We shall confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. If you do not receive a confirmation within that time, we may not have received your request and you should re-submit it. Once we receive your request, we will attempt to verify your identity and may ask you for additional information to help us do so.  We may deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request or otherwise as permitted by law. We will only use personal information provided in your request and any information provided to verify your identity in connection with the request, solely to process the request, keeping audit records, verify the requestor’s identity and/or authority to make the request and for no other purpose.
You may only request a copy of your data from LeadIQ twice within a 12-month period.

Authorized Agents
Subject to certain restrictions, you can have an agent exercise your rights for you. If you would like to use an agent to submit a request on your behalf, they must provide to us your written authorization allowing them to make such a request on your behalf. We reserve the right to deny the agent’s request if we are not reasonably able to confirm proper authorization and/or verify your identity as the requestor.
